TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BaeBeaute would recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete consultation and to ensure you get your full treatment time.

BaeBeaute reserves the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Cancellation Policy

BaeBeaute will require 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If cancelled with less than 24 hours a 50% fee of the total treatment cost will be charged. No show appointments will be charged at full price.  I may ask clients for their credit card details when booking their first appointment. Your card will only be charged if you do not give  24 hours’ notice.

Promotions & Offers

BaeBeaute run promotions throughout the year. All promotions without exception are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Offers are valid for a specific time frame, outlined in the published information.
• To be eligible for an Offer, the offer code included in the published information must be provided when booking your appointment.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other offer
• Each offer is for single use only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Bookings are subject to availability.

BaeBeaute reserves the right to modify, cancel or limit any promotion or offer without prior notice, in the best interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.  BaeBeaute also reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to particular individuals or organisations at it's discretion.

Eyelash/Eyebrow Patch test

I take your personal satisfaction and safety very seriously,  so clients who have not previously had an eyelash or eyebrow treatment with BaeBeaute, or have not had this treatment within the last 6 months are required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment.

Tanning Skin Test

Clients who have not enjoyed a tanning treatment with BaeBeaute, or have not had this treatment within the last 6 months are required to have a tanning solution test 48 hours prior to their appointment.
